| "Pass the Message" is a promotional sampler for ToledoHipHop.org's first annual compilation CD of Toledo artists. The lyrics are based on the literature read in the UT Africana Studies course Cyberspace & the Black Experience that takes place at the Murchison Community Technology Center in central city Toledo. This weekly theory seminar deals with books and ideas related to the digital divide, information and communication technology, and power. We believe that moving our communities and institutions into cyberspace is critical for survival in the 21st century, let alone building the future we need. Look for the compilation in early 2005.
